The typical APRs include a Telegraphic Transfer fee of £30 and the applicable acceptance fee (see individual product details), charged on completion and added to your loan, and has been based on the assumption that your home is in England or Wales and that you have agreed to use our recommended solicitors as a standard legal remortgage case. For house purchase cases, legal and valuation fees are at your own expense (unless otherwise stated in mortgage features). For example, if you are purchasing a property valued at £75,000, and use a Bank Panel Solicitor, typical legal fees will be £350 plus VAT plus disbursements and a valuation fee of £255.

They also assume that the Co‑operative Bank Standard Variable Rate remains at 5.24% for the length of your mortgage.

Minimum Loan to Value of 85% required for loans up to £500,000, 75% up to £750,000 and 70% over £750,000. The Maximum Loan to Value allowed for Interest Only mortgage applications is 75%.

We require a first charge on the borrower's home as security and life cover is strongly recommended. All loans are subject to our lending policy and are available to UK residents aged between 18 and 75 years and are subject to status and conditions.

All rates and product terms for new business are correct as at 26th November 2008 and are subject to variation. Availability of funds is limited.
