Our e-banking service, Financial Director, gives you access to your business account(s) directly via your own computer systems, rather than the internet. It offers a range of secure banking services including making electronic payments.
There are two versions of Financial Director available, depending on the functionality you require:
Financial Director for Business
A low-cost electronic banking option for businesses and organisations with more straightforward banking requirements. You can use Financial Director for Business to:
- transfer funds between linked accounts from The Co‑operative Bank
- make 3-day single BACS payments
- make multiple payments by Bulk BACS.
Financial Director for Windows
A comprehensive software package, designed to meet the more complex needs of larger businesses, organisations and charities. You can use Financial Director for Windows to:
- transfer funds between linked accounts from The Co‑operative Bank
- make 3-day single BACS payments
- make multiple payments by Bulk BACS
- make same day UK payments via CHAPS
- claim payments by Direct Debit
- make overseas foreign payments
- stop/reinstate cheques.
